Most shower filters use GAC (granular activated carbon) balls, which let water pass unevenly and lose efficiency fast.

We use ACF (activated carbon fiber) sheets which is a far superior technology that provides up to 10x better absorption.

In addition, we use premium KDF-55, and Vitamin C which together creates a filter that removes chlorine far beyond others on the market.

Yes. The Vida Pura shower filter is renter-friendly and installs in minutes without tools or permanent changes. It can be easily removed when moving.
will it effect my water pressure?

Our shower filters are designed to maintain optimal water flow throughout their lifespan.

However, towards the end of the filter’s life (typically 3-5 months) you may notice a slight reduction in pressure. This is a natural sign that the filter media is saturated and ready for replacement.
Do I need any tools?

Nope! Installing your Vida Pura shower filter requires zero tools — just screw it onto your shower arm.

how often do i replace the cartridges?

We recommend replacing your cartridge every three months to keep your filter performing at its best.

Cartridge life can vary based on how much you use it - e.g. if you live alone and take shorter or less frequent showers, you may find your cartridge lasting up to 5 months before needing a change.

when will my filter arrive?

Every Vida Pura shower filter ships free via Australia Post’s standard service. Depending on where you are and Australia Post’s network volume, you’ll typically receive your filter within 1–8 business days.

Orders placed before 12 pm AEST go out the same day from Ballina NSW; anything after 12 pm is dispatched the next business day. We have express shipping available if needed!
